Official: Chuck Liddell vs Rich Franklin will headline UFC 115 in Vancouver
Posted on April 14, 2010, 07:07 AM by Anton GurevichUltimate Fighting Championship have released an official promotional poster for UFC 115 in Vancouver, headlined by the main event fight between Chuck "The Iceman" Liddell and the former Middleweight Champion Rich Franklin, and not the rival TUF">TUF 11 coach Tito Ortiz. Only a few weeks ago, the UFC President Dana White denied (on his Twitter account) the news regarding Tito Ortiz' withdrawal from the main event, stating that Rich Franklin will fight Randy Couture instead.
It appears that the White decided "to hide the truth" about what exactly happened at the Ultimate Fighter 11 show, driving many fans into confusion. According to various reports Tito Ortiz was hospitalized during the show, suffering from a "severe case of flu", forcing Rich Franklin to step up and replace the former UFC Light Heavyweight Champion as the coach on the show.
The news may open a possibility for a bout between Randy Couture and James Toney, after the both fighters have continuously expressed their desire to fight each other. UFC 115 will take place on June 12, at General Motors Place in Vancouver, Canada.

liddell vs franklin is maybe the better and more entertaining fight but for the TUF show its bad!!!

I'm glad this is happening but its not good for the TUF show.
Chuck vs Tito 3 will be pretty much the same as the other fights.;"one sided with a knockout victory to Chuck".
I do not want to see them fight each other again. Its better this way.
