Nevada State Athletic Commission Executive Director, Keith Kizer, went in-depth about Alistair Overeem's failed drug test due to elevated Testosterone levels. Kizer discussed the possible course of actions for Overeem, and the possible reasons behind going above 10:1 in Testosterone levels, while the regulations permit levels not higher than 6:1. According to Kizer, high Testosterone levels could indicate on recent usage of synthetic enhancers, which is strictly forbidden by the Nevada State Athletic Commission. The Dutchman will now have to submit "B Sample" and appear before a commission, if he's still scheduled to fight Junior dos Santos in May.
