Miesha Tate vs. Ronda Rousey title fight slated for March 3rd Strikeforce event

I think Ronda's ass is a lot bigger and sexier ,than Miesha's.

Bigger assmeans Stronger Glutes !



So im picking Ronda ,via Big Slam and G'n'P or Sub

if you refer to yourself as Tnutz no girl will "holler" at you, especially ronda rousey

this will be a crazy GREAT fight from fans point both have descent hand

great ground game Rhonda has really fast armbar but sounds like that is her go to move against low level opponents but TATE is mean has an insane amount of fights against good fighters has a great jab followed by

punch and go thru long rounds not sure if Rhonda can go past the full first as pro never made a minute..

So much for Tate's argument about paying dues. I see her point but the fight makes sense from a fan standpoint.

As good as Rousey is and the potential she possesses, I think she is getting too much too soon. Only 4 pro fights, none going past a minute - she only has 242 seconds of fighting and that includes amateur. Ronda has never been in any adversity and all we have really seen from her are some sick throws and nasty armbars against low ranked opponents. What we have seen is incredible but all we have seen so far is a 1 trick pony, not to say she is one but that is all we have to go on. I am not sure but would be surprised if she has thrown more than 20 strikes in her career. Rousey is easily one of the top Judo players in the whole of MMA, taking bronze in the Beijing Olympics.



Meisha Tate gained 3 times as much experience of in-cage time in her first fight. In her last fight she went 4 rounds, survived some adversity and showed she has a strong gas tank. She has decent stand up but superb wrestling with top submission defence. Tate has fought against some of the top talent in WMMA.



On paper, to me, this looks like a perfect match-up for Tate:

- Tate has said numerous times her biggest strength is her sub defense and so far all Ronday has only ever attacked with is submissions (all victories by armbar).

- Tate is a strong wrestler and Rousey is a world class Judoka, in my opinion Judo players are amazing at throws and takedowns as long as they aren't against good wrestlers. Yes even the top wrestler can get Judo tossed but history has shown Judo players have trouble taking down and controlling wrestlers.

- Ronday has never fought longer than a minute and with her confidence she could be expecting to win as easily and early as she has before so she may not come cardio prepared. She also doesn't know what a long gruelling fight feels like. Tate has went to decision many times and has entered championship fights and still had the gas to stop her opponent.

- So far Rousey has blitzed all her opponents and has been in 100% control her entire time during her fights so she may not know how to respond to adversity or if she can't dominate the fight. Tate has lost twice before and been in many desperate situations and come back to win, showing she can overcome adversity and has huge heart.

- Judo is limited in its sus compared to MMA and especially without the Gi the defense is lot different aswell. Tate submitted a high level grappler in her lat fight with a BJJ and Ronda has admitted recently she does not train BJJ at all, I wouldn't be surprised Tate submits her.



Really hard fight to call - it is between the young, inexperienced fighterl with 1 super talent against the experienced fighter who is high level in all areas and especially good at countering her opponent's main strength.

I know a lot of people don't follow or know a lot about WMMA (Women's MMA) so I tried my best to give a detailed breakdown to let you guys know as much as you could about this super fight.

Rhonda is probably thee sexiest female on the fight circuit today. Not only that but she is humble and quiet on how she conducts herself...so far?



but definitely a threat to all female fighters....

Cyborg is still the most dominent female out today....she is just plain ruthless and mythotical as a fighter

I like Ronda but god man she is not humble, probably the most ****y female fighter and let's everyone know it. In most of the interviews I've seen with her she is uaully pretty arrogant, even to Helwani, the biggest MMA reporter.



After watching and listening to her when she was on the Joe Rogan podcast she difinitely comes across as a cool girl, just extremely confident. Got to admit with her skills, success, looks and young age I can't blame her. I think she trys to take on the heel roll a bit aswell or at least she loves talking crap.

I think Tate would win this one. Defend early and just having the better striking in the last rounds when Rousey is tired. I predict a very boring 5 round decision/
