Kimbo has 7 professional fights. Of those he has a TKO due to punches, a KO due to punches and a submission due to punches. I haven't seen his street fight videos but I am going to assume they would not have been very popular if Kimbo wasn't knocking people out. i don't really think you can count the guys Kimbo KO'ed on the street. those guys got dup ed a bit, picked up off the street said yeah come fight this guy for money, they hadn't been told that this guy trains his hands all day. kimbo's fights on youtube were a con in that way, they gained the confidence of the people they picked up by leading them to believe the guy they were fighting was just some random guy like them.
