Mitrione acknowledges that Kongo is a dangerous fighter, but says the match-up will prove whether or not he's "legit." Photo: Scott Hirano
"(Cheick Kongo) is game. He's game, he's resiliant, he's wiley, he's dangerous - you know? I think those are all of the adjectives that I can throw out there. But, he's time tested and he's done quite a bit in his career. He's had 35-40 fights. Whatever his weaknesses are, he always compensates for them very well. Fights don't get stopped on him very easily, he knows what to do to keep the fight going and keep himself safe. So, it will be a really good test for me - a really good test. And I've go a lot of hype behind me, so it's going to show whether I'm legit or not."
