nah, ben henderson is a different type of athlete. guida is explosive and fast while ben henderson is more strong and durable. but both are great lightweights
This kid subbed Dustin Hazellet with what looked like barely any effort. Bocek is bustin out this year, representing Toronto in a great way, super humble, thinking fighter, very skilled. I'm calling a title shot before the end of 2012.

bendos first lose was ah 41 sec sub, i think that bocek has better jj than that guy so ah sub is very highly possible. but bendo has gotten ntohing but better since that loss but however so has bocek.
the reporters bring it up. he went on as far as saying how much better he is than penn. he said he looked up to him but then had to add something like, he had won the abu dhabi more recently than any other fighter in the ufc. It was something that he wanted to add stating he was the best in the division. When a guy with a shit record and only wins against average guys then personally i dont want to hear him saying that he is better than penn cos penn has great stand up and aswell. i think start talking about how good you are when you have beaten someone decent.
Surprised to hear him say that Ben Henderson has better cardio than George Sot. I thought Joe Lauzon was supposed to have great cardio and George Sot made him gas a bit.

Ben has way more technical stand up than Guida. That is a dumb comparison.
I agree... I like Bocek, he is a better fighter than he gets credit for, but most of what he says here sounds like nonsense.
Although I do think that if he pulls off the victory over Bendo he would be a fight or two away from the title mix..

and yes he does have very good jj but i think he relies on it too much. Has he ever won a fight without a submission? has he got stand up?
