He should win this appeal as he has a genuine case but i very much doubt he will.

First of all, Matt started saying he was out cause he wasn't moving, as in not defending himself, nor was he verbally saying "I'm OK." So I have no problem with Matt's behavior. Second, because he wasn't responding verbally or physically, the fight was CORRECTLY stopped- stop crying you baby. Third, he was losing that fight.

An appeal is a classic case of sandis verginas as they say in midical terms.

He's just going to lose the appeal just like he'll lose the re-match.

You're an idiot merdictum. He wasn't unconscious so it was a bad stop. And anyone that knows their jiu jitsu would be able to see his other carotid artery was not cut off. You can't always yell real loud when your trying to tuck your chin and concentrating on keeping the guy from getting the choke. And he wasn't moving cuz he was resting, which is exactly what he should have done to let Matt waste energy He shouldn't have to say anything. Your post was just a classic example of ignorance and why refs and judges should have to be experienced in submissions as well as other key martial arts.
