Ip Man is an awesome movie, one of the better recent martial arts films I've seen.

read the penn article. I have nothing but respect for the guy. A true martial artist before fighter before athlete. Doesn't cut weight, doesn't take any performance enhancing measures. He fights people way bigger than him and doesn't complain about the size difference ( though does complain about many other things) He is in a world of people exploiting all these advantages, but he choses to stick to his values. He fights 190 lb people at 168ish when he should be at like 145. It doesn't work out for him as well as it could if he did what everyone else does, but we still have to give credit where credit is due.
