Main Event: Frank Mir vs. Mirko Cro Cop
Most popular prediction: Frank Mir via Submission in Round 1

Bloodstain Lane:
Frank Mir won’t be able to get the fight to the mat. Doesn’t bold well for him... Cro Cop Via Croatian Decapitation.

Anton Gurevich:
A lot of respect for Cro Cop, but I can't see him posing any threat to Frank Mir in this fight. Frank Mir via TKO in Round 1. UFC 107 style.

Joey Santosus: Mir fancies himself a bit of a striker as of late. He will likely look to test his stand-up against the former K-1 star early on before countering with a game changing takedown that will ultimately lead to a submission victory. Frank Mir via 1st Rnd Submission.

Daniel Cassidy:
Again, I am a massive fan of both fighters, but I really don't see anyway Mirko wins this. He only looked good against Barry when Barry had a broken hand and foot. While Mir doesn’t have as good stand up, he is powerful as hell, as he showed against Kongo. I think Mir will knock him down, take the mount, and then finish it with a sub. Mir via Sub R1.

Antonio Rogerio Nogueira vs. Ryan "Darth" Bader
Most popular prediction: Bader via TKO in Round 3

Bloodstain Lane:
Minotoro will use "The Force" to defeat Darth Bader via Anaconda Choke in Round 1

Anton Gurevich:
Ryan Bader has what Jason Brilz was lacking. Bader via 2nd Round stoppage.

Joey Santosus: Lil’ Nog is by far the more technical striker; however his takedown defense has been exposed by less powerful opponents. Bader may trade with him initially, but short of landing a big shot, expect him to use the exchanges to set up the takedown and rain down punches. Ryan Bader via 2nd Rnd TKO

Daniel Cassidy:
This fight has big title shot implications, with the winner getting a shot at Jones. I am a huge fan of the Nogueira's, but if the same Lil Nog comes out at 119 that fought Jason Brilz, Bader will destroy him. Even if a top form Nog comes to fight, Bader will still give him big problems. I'm gonna go with my gut though, and say Nog catches him in a submission. Nogueira via Sub Round 2.

Matt "The Terror" Serra vs. Chris Lytle
Most popular prediction: Matt Serra via Decision

Bloodstain Lane: Fight of the Night material, Serra gives Lytle a little taste of New York and wins via Overhand right

Anton Gurevich: Serra. No doubt. More experienced, better grappler and striker. It will be a Terrorizing Decision.

Joey Santosus: Lytle will look to better utilize his striking advantage this time around. With that in mind, expect Serra to close the distance, using both the clinch and opportunistic takedowns to control the action. Matt Serra via Decision

Daniel Cassidy:
I'm a big fan of these guys, and this should be an exciting fight. With both fighters’ credentials, it could either be a technical BJJ grappling match, or a stand up war. Either way, i think Lytle has a slight edge. I think Lytle will take it by knockout or TKO in the 2nd or 3rd. Lytle via TKO R2

Sean Sherk vs. Evan Dunham
Most popular prediction: Evan Dunham via Decision

Bloodstain Lane: Out with the old and in with the new. Sherk thinks he’s Mayweather out there and will be out pointed on the feet. Dunham via decision.

Anton Gurevich: Huge Sean Sherk fan here. But it's hard for me to see the Muscle Shark to outpower such an incredible fighter in Dunham. Still, I believe in 3rd Round TKO for Sherk.

Joey Santosus: It shouldn’t take long before Dunham’s reach advantage becomes a source of frustration for Sherk. Fortunately, his takedown attempts will be met with little resistance…Unfortunately, he will find himself in a dangerous guard. Evan Dunham via 3rd Rnd Submission

Daniel Cassidy: Undefeated Evan Dunham has so much potential to do well, and a win over sherk would put him on the map. Sherk might be coming off a 16 month absence, but he is always dangerous and will look to throw Dunham around the cage. However, I think Dunham will use his BJJ to get in better positions, and take the Decision. Dunham via Unanimous Dec.

Melvin Guillard vs. Jeremy Stephens
Most popular prediction: Guillard via TKO in Round 1

Bloodstain Lane: Should be a shootout...Guillard is the better Marksman

Anton Gurevich: In my eyes, Stephens is more well rounded, and the most important, more stable than Melvin Guillard. Stephens via Decision.

Joey Santosus: While both of these fighters are capable of ending this one with a single well-placed shot, neither have ever been knocked out. With that said, this may very well go the distance, where Stephens’ cardio would affect the outcome. Melvin Guillard via Decision

Daniel Cassidy: I have been following Guillard's second term in the UFC closely, and I think he has been put up against some easier opponents in a stacked division. Stephens is his toughest test to date, and but think "Lil Heathen" will be too much for him, and take a late finish
Stephens via R3 TKO

i didnt know Lowkick took Bloodstain Lane seriously haha...but his predictions are pretty accurate except for the Cro Cop decapitation thing. 1% chance of that happening. It would be cool to see it but sometimes we gotta stop living in the past

i hope that happens, I more head kick KO before he retires, if that happens it will make up for the fact Penn lost twice to Edgar

I like the comparison. I too wish for that final signature head kick just like we've seen before, but think it's quite the long shot. We can only hope. I actually think Mir will win and picked him to, but GO MIRKO!!

True but MIr has excellent BJJ... he won't let Cro Cop get away easily at least not without trying a sub and possibly ending it that way
