Thats mad respect right there, so STFU. and Rigo: There is no "excuse" for Forrest beating Rampage. He beat him by strategy. He also beat shogun however Shogun has improved since then. I think since Shogun's knee finally healed he got his cardio back and movement. He was always a great fighter.
