The only time Lesnar has ever done or said anything negative, was when he told Francis off, and I think most people would agree that Francis deserved it.
The only time he ever comments on anybody else is to either say that he doesn't know, doesn't care, and that he thinks he's going to win.
His rep as a villain was never really based on much IMO.
