Velasquez vs Don Santos would be nasty. But I agree in that Cain is closer to the belt and it would be a step down (rankings wise) for him to fight Junior. I can definitely see them getting in the cage together in the future. Especially since Cain destroyed Big Nog. He'd be avenging his master so to speak.
