Featherweight Champion Jose Aldo, who will make his promotional debut against Mark Hominick at UFC 129, discusses his opponent, as well as his preparations for the bout.  Aldo says he is not concerned with preparing for Hominick's strengths and weaknesses, but rather his game as a whole.

UFC 129 is set to take place April 30th from the sold-out Rogers Centre in Toronto, Ontario, Canada.  The stacked card will be headlined by a Welterweight title clash between division Champion Georges St. Pierre and challenger Jake Shields, while Aldo will put his belt on the line for the third time when he meets Hominick in the co-main event. This is turning out to be a sweet card. My boi John "doomsday" Howard is fighting Kampman... Interesting to see how these 2 guys weight cutting will go, they will both have to cut a lot of it.

Again, this is a absurd translation... I really cant understand why is it so difficult to get a decent translator who speaks both english and portuguese... Hire a Portuguese or a Brazilian who speaks english instead of getting an American with a basic knowledge of the language!

Since in many "places" they translated the exact opposite of what he was saying, ill do their work for them...

"Whenever I fight, I go all out, Ill give it all and Ill be going 1000 miles/hour, im always like that! ill be defending the UFC tittle for the first time and its every fighters dream to be in the UFC and im there as a champion! Its great being the champion and Im focused on being champion, thats what Im training for and I want to keep this focus at all times!"

"Im very excited with this fight because it was a fight I was looking for! I cant wait to be in the cage with 55000 people yelling!"

"Whenever we watch our opponent fight, we look at it as complete, not only at the emotional part or the technical part, not only his weaknesses or strengths, as a whole! Sometimes you cant focus if hes doing that movement bad or that other good, but you need watch everything and train and prepare accordingly!"

"First of all, I feel great and when the time comes, it will be just me and him (Hominick) in the cage and I only hear my corner, I cant understand well what thous 55000 people are saying anyways so it all goes over my head and im not worried by it!"

"Im not fussed about fighting my opponent in his "home", I think its great taking part in the great events and being in the best organization (UFC) in the world. If the organization wants me there thats because they have faith in me and so its great for me, my opponent, the organization and everyone else, and thats what matters!"

"Ofc I can win, I wouldnt be here if I thought otherwise! Every fight Im in my focus is on winning, thats why I fight and I always go after it"

Not a perfect translation but way more accurate!
