Jon Jones responds to critics, says he's not surprised by the negative backlash

Jones says he is not surprised by the backlash he has received, explaining that fans are just disappointed when they do not get a show when they want it.
Jones was forced to withdraw from the bout due to a recurring injury that would require surgery, but later announced, shortly after Evans had been assigned a new opponent, that he had decided against having the operation after all. Though Jones has expressed a desire to return to the octagon before the end of 2011, the 23-year-old's first challenger is not clear at this time. Photo: Francis Specker

kinda suspect that he talked about this surgery for a month or so backed out of the fight with Rashad, month goes by no way to get it back and so
no surgery..??.. cause fighting is his life he knew 4months ago what could happen with his surgery hate to say it maybe needed the extra time off but he dodged SUGA........

the thing that pisses me off so much is that he now all along that he didn't want to fight rashad and he needed more time and when joe rogan asked him if he wants to fight rashad he said (it's my dream so ya) he could of took the easy way and keeped some pride and said I'm not gonna fight my teammate.
when sho gun fights again for his title he lost . i like too see sho gun fight back .

Hey, hes a 7th degree black belt in Karate/Purple Belt in BJJ and is undefeated in his MMA career, all finishes in the 1st round, longest being 2 minutes.....(I included his amateur fights)
