I don't see Bader beating Jones, I think Jones is a better striker because the only thing Bader does standing is throws powerful punches Jones could easily counter that with his kicks and his boxing and as for the ground that would be interesting to see who is better, Jones has out-wrestled wrestlers but Bader is prolly the best and strongest wrestler he has faced, but I think Jones is going to tko/ko Bader in round 2

Jones will overpower Bader and finish him in round 2.

after that the UFC must give him a top 5 guy to fight making him 1 fight away from the title .

i can't wait to see Jones fighting!!

as exciting a prospect that Jones is has anyone even hit him yet? (on the chin) i think Jones is one punch away from ending his ufc hype.

I dont think its hype anymore, he is for real, he destroyed Vlady, Hamil and Vera all in the first round, I dont think u can say Jones is hype anymore

ninja.... taking nothing away from the afore mentioned fighters, i dont consider them top opponents (im a massive Vera fan) hell I dont even see Bader as a top opponent for Jones, Bader is undefeated but his best win to date was an unimpressive decision victory over an ageing vet in Nogueira.... I would like to see Jones face off against a Machida or a Shogun and then see how he does. he has great potential but how anyone ranks him so highly is baffling.

"he destroyed Vlady, Hamil and Vera all in the first round,"

I could beat the 3 of them in faster time then Jones.

Phil Davis is the future of that division, a few more wins and he should be right up there in the mix, and was as impressive as ever on saturday night! Mr. Wonderful

I think Mr. Wonderful is definitely a good prospect, but needs to imrove his striking and overall approach to pushing the pace...Jon Jones is quick and looking to finish you and Phil is more of a strong wrestler looking to smother. Jones would easily beat Phil right now, even Dana said he needs overall improvement to compete with the Top Dawgs of the division

yes his striking is the only part of his game I see that needs improvement! His wrestling is above par, and his JJ is looking as nasty as ever. I wouldnt be so quick to discard him based on a fight with Jones though. Jones would have the striking advantage, but Phil would have the wrestling and JJ imo... Davis needs a tad more experience, but will be at the top of the division soon in my estimation

Bones's stand up still needs work and he fought the perfect fight against Vera cause i dont think he was and is ready for a stand up master. If he continues fighting smart, he'll be a champ soon.

JJ is the future of this division and that's awesome. He is one of the nicest and classiest guys in the UFC and MMA, in general.

He never has anything bad to say, he's always polite and respectful and he's an absolute beast in the ring. He is everything that you'd want in a fighter. He's on the same level as GSP and Randy Couture; pure class; a poster child for the brand and the sport.

In the fight - I'll take Jones by TKO; Bader is a beast, but JJ is a bigger beast. It won't be long before we are calling him - Champ; IMO.

Un- Crowned Champ? i think that's a bit of a stretch to be fair! as I've said above I think he has great potential and will be one of the best in years to come, however he has been basically matched up with wrestlers. and Bader another wrestler I dont see posing much threat to Jones, he takes you down and elbows you into unconsciousness, he didnt want to mess with the stand up of Vera for too long, he just took it to the floor and smashed him like the rest of his opponents. I would like to see Jones against a great striker with good TD defence and see how he does, his striking is very good and unorthodox but very untested still, as is his chin...

Not taking anything away from jonny boy, and I do think he has a bright future, but honestly what has he proven in the sport? IMO, all he has proven is that he is extremely talented. We havn't seen him stand with a top level striker or roll with an expert BJJ guy, we have just seen him do what he is supposed to do in smashing a bunch of average-at-best UFC fighters. I think calling him the Un-Crowned Champ is a bit disrespectful to the current champ Shogun. When Shogun was 23 (bones jones age) he was winning the pride grand prix and absolutely smashing the best competition in the world at the time (rampage, reem, arona, lil nog ect.).

I dont think jon is going to walk through bader. Its going to be competitive in all aspects of the fight. Both men are excellent wrestlers and have good striking. im calling the upset in this one.

i wouldnt count bader out of this, his wrestling is very strong and you know hes gonna look to hold jones on the ground like he did to little nog,, i think it could go either way, although i hope jones knocks him out
