I really like this kid and I really hope he keeps doing well in the UFC. Hopefully, he'll be a champ one day when he gets his opportunity.

Im not jumping on the Bones wagon to soon, Vera is ok, but not top level IMO. Vera had one good winning streak back in the day and since he lost and started his downward spiral, he hasnt been the same ever since.

I would like to see him against Anderson Silva but it's way too early for him though.

What in the world happened to VEra? He has not looked like the kid who stormed in the UFC a few years back. I take of my hat to Jones.

jon jones is awesome, however i think he gets to excited in his fights and attacks a bit to much, he need to calm down a-bit because when he fights somebody like Machida who is a world class counter fighter it will be a very short night for him. However he is very young and i think he will be a future champion in the years to come.

I want to see Jones face Lil Nog, that would be good cause Nog is a great boxer n has some of the best bjj's in lhw division and while Jones is so unpredictable wit his striking and has some of the best wrestling in lhw division

As a JKD student I agree. JKD is different things to different people but the essence of Bruce Lee's JKD was an open mind to try new things and adapt what works while discarding what does not. Bones has that and by not calling it JKD he actually adheres to the core value of that MA philosophy.

What a great ambassador for the sport. Intelligent and disciplined. Looking forward to his next fight, and I don't care who it is, he's got a chance.
