First let Overeem fight Fedor and if he losses then bring him over

Why only if he loses? Both those guys are real solid fighters and could potentially be top 5 in their weight class if they face more consistent competition.

joe rogan jumps on the band wagon way too early when it comes to hyping up fighters, usually based one one aybe two fights.

He said that andre arlovski was "unbeatable" when he was champ.

"welcome to the machida era" that didn't last long, and now this hyping of overreem after he beat a very ordinary rogers

you guys all talk like if fedor had already beat werdum .

I hope werdum willl win. (but i dont think he will)

I really want to see you excuses the day when fedor will lose. You will understand that he is not the best anymore. He is still good , but not as good as he was before

I think Overeem can beat Fedor, plus the dumb bastard is is too worried about politics...they both need to come to the UFC and fight the top guys and not just settle for mediocre guys in small time organizations

yeh i guess you are right, he didnt come back from a broken nose to KO rogers, or come back from a beating and KO Arlovski just like when he was in his 'Prime' coming back from adversity to win, until he loses he is still as good as the pride days

Nick, Jake, Gilbert and Alistair all belong in the UFC. There is no doubt in my mind that Nick, Jake and Gilbert will be coming to the UFC as each of their contracts expire at SF.

Alistair on the other-hand said he would love to fight Lesnar but he also likes Sf and apparently is being taken care of pretty well there.

Let's see how long Sf survives.

I think both those guys would add some excitement to the fight game at the UFC. More so Nick Diaz..

We will see about that because he said in the past that Tito was out of the UFC or that Kimbo was never goign to be in the UFC (later he took it back and said that only thru TUF) but has has change his mind before and probably he will again.

Overeem impressed me. He gained a fan in me leading up to the Rogers fight and then some of the post fight interviews in the weeks following. Its not a "bandwagon" thing either before anyone might think that because lets face it, its not like he had to showcase a whole lot in that fight haha....

I agree with Rogan, Diaz and Overeem need to be in the UFC and the UFC should really try to sign Eddie Alveraz and Hector Lombard

The problem for UFC is that Overeem makes big big money in Strikeforce, Dream and K1 probably more then Brock makes, so anything but a UFC title fight would be stupid for Overeem to take.

Diaz strikes me as very prideful thou and would probably wan to be the UFC just to prove himself but same thing they will have to give him a title shot or his pay cut will be far to drastic.

I would to see Overeem to fighting in UFC ,but due to a lot of issues won't happen and either Diaz I love his fight style, but in WW division GSP plus more talented fighter and if Shields coming to UFC ,Dana will say sorry Joe .

I would love to see both these guys in the UFC, particularly Diaz though, it would be awesome to see him back in the UFC again and there is a much bigger chance of that happening than Overeem coming to the UFC as Diaz has made no secret of the fact that he wants to return to the UFC, but as to wether or not he would forfeit his SF WW title to go back to the UFC when he hasn't even defended the belt once yet remains to be seen. He may well be content to be king of the WW division at SF who knows. There's some awesome fights for him in the UFC now though but we'll see. I don't think there is any chance of seeing Overeem join the UFC, not anytime soon anyway, especially as he's supposed to be getting Fedor next, that's IF Fedor doesn't puss out of fighting true top HW again. Maybe in the future it could happen, we can but hope.........:D

As Krogan said, Overeem is making stacks by fighting all over the place. Unless Dana's willing to break the bank there's no way he's going to sign an exclusive with the UFC...and who can blame him. These guys have to make as much as they can during their short carreers 'cause afterwards there's not a whole lot of options.
