Jim Miller has no problem waiting for the Edgar-Maynard III winner
Posted on August 13, 2011, 03:53 PM by Joey SantosusTop Lightweight contender Jim Miller, who will look to cement his place as number-one contender with a win over Ben Henderson on Sunday, discusses his opponent, as well as the possibility that he'll be granted a title shot if victorious. Miller says that if he is, in fact, told that he's getting the next crack at the belt, he's fully prepared to sit on the sidelines and wait for the title fight.
If successful against Henderson, Miller will pick up his eighth consecutive win, tying for the third longest winning streak in UFC history, behind only pound for pound champs Anderson Silva and Georges St. Pierre.

good points made about the ''I was winning'' remarks.
Jim is the true number 1 contender right now. He is, what 7 fight win streak in the most stacked division. No matter who Guida, Guillard or Hendersson won. This is first time in few years that Guillard and Guida are getting couple fight win streaks.
All well and good that he doesn't mind waiting but he's got to get past Bendo first and IMO that's no easy task. I like both guys, well, maybe i like Miller a bit more but i actually think Bendo is going to edge him out here for the decision, i hope not but that's how i see it going down. Will definately be a fast paced fight though 'cos they're both cardio machines man.......I would love to see Miller vs Edgar, that's fight of the night right there folks, it would be a lot more exciting than Bendo vs Edgar/Maynard. I really hope Miller pulls out the win man........
I've got great respect for both fighters, but I have Bendo edging out a decision as well.
yeah henderson is gonna be to fast for miller plus ben can take a hell of a shot and gets out of the tightest sub's
wait and see, how miller gets this.
and then the title.
Miller is going to win by dec., in my mind
Jim you could beat GSP and Silva in a triple threat and I still won't take you seriously until you shave that ridiculous moustache + goatee combo
