how is lesnar not going to be on the top 10 HW list, that is stupid, no matter weather you like him or not he was the heavyweight champion and pretty much all he's opponents are in the top ten HW list, so if he isn't on the list it will just be stupid.

Yes in his fight with Cain he showed everyone how he has the heart of a champion. Enduring punches and punishment. Incredible defence. And when Cain took him down he knew exactly how to react as Cain hit him with shot after shot, he didn't even need to wait for his corner to tell him how to escape. He showed that his mouth knows just as much as his abilities as a fighter....lol sacrasm!

I agree completely. Lesnar is in top ten heavy division but has never been and will almost certainly never be top ten p4p. That would be rediculous. If we wanted to be brutaly honest in the p4p rankings there would still be no heavies in the p4p section and maybe even the 205ers would have to be placed under top 10 but being human we won't let go of our favourites. Chances are that the 135, 145 and 155lb division top ten is far better in terms of p4p than the 205ers Most of the top 10 would be filled by the first 3 or 4 divisions of mma.

I agree with you too falcon. The smaller heavies should definitely be in the talk though. Cain's win put him way up there.

I won't diss someone for having him there, but I have a feeling that in terms of p4p status the lighter divisions rule it and would be far better p4p than any heavy.

he was given a title shot after losing to mir then winning against heath herring, since when does winning against heath herring grant a title shot? lets face it, Dana saw $ and that was it, you guys need to stop being zuffa zombies and face the facts.. he can't compete against top tier fighters...

He has 0 stand up and then people say oh but hes a wrestler, well cain managed to nullify lesnars wrestling, he defended the first takedown and the second takedown cain got back on his feet like nothing.. so what does lesnar really have that is going for him apart from being big? ..alot of wwe fans like stonepony.. lol.

the way i see it is maybe he was given a title shot quickly but seeing as he beat the champion it doesn't matter. and i wasn't saying he should be number one but there is no way he is not some where in the top ten list.

Mir beat Tank Abbot to both be a coach on TUF. And get a shot at the interim title.

Whats the diff between brock and sheilds? Sheilds is getting a shot after 1 soft fight in the UFC.

Shields has a impressive resume. But I don't think either deserved title shots when they got them.

I agree. He just now lost the title and beat some decent competition. The division just simply isn't very deep and with guys like Mir and Carwin ranked in the top ten, you cannot ignore a guy who has victories over both in their more recent outings. As far as Heath Herring, thats just one guy and what does Fedor have to do with Lesnar?

Lesner hasn't beaten any one other than Herring in the UFC who can't also beat him.

why are you bringing fedor up? what does that have to do with where brock is on the rankings. you go on about zuffa zombies i think you might be a fedor ****, don't get me wrong fedor is great but i don't just bring his name up randomly when talking about another fighter.

The only thing I would change would be taking Nate Diaz out of the LW rankings seeing that his last to fights have been WW and his upcoming is WW and also, take Hardy out of the top 10 completely because hes so overrated

Lol so true, only one I was actually impressed by was Hardy cause of that KO on Kampmman but the other two are so overrated they have basically lost against every top 10 fighters they have fought

The sad part is that Dana doesn't really even have to do that. It seems like the UFC brand is already big there.

I really would like to hear an explanation for why Vitor Belfort is ranked higher than Nate Marquardt! Also, glad to see the Lesnar fanboys have finally conceded that he is not a top 10 p4p fighter.

I'm not a fan of Brock Lesnar however he should still be in HW top ten, he's an ex champion that lost to a top contender in Cain Velasquez, holds victories over top ten opponents like Frank Mir and Shane Carwin (only person to make it past the first round with that guy and win).
