    @ the camera man

...back-up a little, dude; give your interview a little space and us a little perspective. I thought the camera was going to bump him in the head a couple of times.

On Frank - always a thoughtful interview.

I knew Nelson had beaten him in this match, but never actually watched. Roy was so much leaner then. When people talk about him fighting at 205, it's hard for me to picture, but after seeing this it makes a bit more sense.

On a side note, whoever that was in Roy's corner kept shouting "Dip Set" at one point. Lol, I was waiting for Juelz Santana to pop out with "aye."

I think a cut down to 205 could do him wonders. People rave about the 205 division but Roy's wrestling is as good as any there and if Dos Santos can't knock him out I can't see Rashad or Evans or Rua or Jones doing it.

Plus I think the guy could just do with loosing some weight, that can't be healthy

9 times out of 10 JDS would of KO'd nelson, on some nights even the hardest puncher on the planet doesn't knock 1 dude out.

I wouldnt say its pointless...both Nelson and Mir are top 10 in the UFC HW division and every other top HW already has a fight so it makes sense

Yeah I really didn't like Frank after the way he conducted himself with Brock but recently he's impressed me. He was really classy leading up to and after the Mirko fight and recently has given some really lucid and interesting interviews. IMO Frank Mir is one of the most underated fighters in the UFC.

A tough fight to call. Even the low kick predictions are near evenly divided

I think Nelson does need to think about losing a bit of belly and fighting at LHW. He is not championship material and I think Mir who I don't rate very high as a HW will show why. Mir has never been the same since his accident which is a pity as he was good before that.
