Very impressed Mir going of a loss like that he seems to have taken it really well, its clear that Mir is still finding himself as a fighter and while some fighters like Cain finds that at a young age Mir's road has not been so straight. But if anything that gives me more respect for Mir.
Frank made zero excuses and for the first time in a long while sounded like a respectful m.m.a fighter. I don't like this Guy but give him a lot of props for the way he explained himself. That's why he's a great commentator ,and yeah rothwell, gonzaga totally realistic matchups at this point.

well it was mind baffling situation actually, you see as i intelligently approached the interesting and thought provoking fight, i got pinned up against the cage and promptly and swiftly got my face smashed like a woman being beaten by an abusive husband
yes as i was congradulating myself on what a wonderful fighter i am shane pushed me up in to the cage. then i took some time to look up at the big screen so i could adirme how great i am on tv ,unfourntatley carwin picked this exact moment to punch me in the face.
