Actually a pretty good night of fights. plenty of finishes!! Yves Edward got a good pay check tonite - two bonuses!!
ya I was judging this card right before it started and thought to myself "hey this might actually be an entertaining UFN for once". I was really surprised at how easily Guillard handled Evan. Greg Jackson's camp seems to really have an affect on his game.
really seems to have*
Plenty of finishes?
because it's true??
Wow Mike Brown just cant seem to get it together any more :(
Good fights all around, I hope Mitrione starts fighting higher competition now
He's improving, but they'll probably give him P. Berry or Nog. He'll most likely loose to both though...
I'd say there are tons of possible opponents for Mat, UFC only has 2 top heavyweights and everyone else is around Mats level.
Kind of odd to give KO of the night to a TKO and double bonuses to Edwards. Personally I thought fight of the night was either Barry vs Beltron or Wiman vs Miller and KO of the night was Hominick imo.
I agree about Hominick.
I agree Barry/Beltran fight of the night.
i still think there should be a Performance of the night!
a bonus to the fighter who fight better in the event , unlike Fight of the Night that is both fighters, Performance or Fighter of the Night is just one
For example in this card Matt Wiman , Joe Lauzon on UFC 118, Sonnen on UFC 117, Brian Stann UFC 125.
Sigh. It's called, Fight of the Night because both fighters put on exceptional performances.
You can't overshadow other fighters by saying one dudee moved more to claim a "Performance of the Night". Pointless.
Yet another card with mostly decisions. UFC keep it up, you are doing great.
Great free fight card.
I can see Will Campuzano & Mike Brown getting cut.
