UFC Light Heavyweight Champion Jon "Bones" Jones, alongside head coach Greg Jackson, opens the doors to the Jackson's MMA training center in Albuquerque, New Mexico, granting an inside look at the champ's preparation for his UFC 135 title defense against Quinton "Rampage" Jackson.

In the end, the training camp produced positive results for Jones, who went on to defeat "Rampage in dominate fashion, marking the first of what many expect to be several successful title defenses for the 24-year-old. Up next for "Bones" will be his former friend and teammate Rashad Evans, though no date for bout has been set at this time. Props: MMAFighting.com

I really like how they arent focusing only on this fight, but improving him for future fights. Specifically mentioning having to keep both legs strong for Machida. They really are preparing to clear out the division

Wow. Jones picked that up extremely fast, and I didn't know Greg was so sharp.

are you kidding the only time the press and other top groups management or other trainers start talking shit is because he is good

and the the thing is is he has so many more fighters and he always try to

give all guys time he is a great guy I seen this awhile back cause he

lost his wallet just a down to earth guy and to say or to tell he press

that he trains his guys to grind out fights and are boring is insane

this guy trains his guys to be smart and WIN
