Fight Day: UFC on FOX 3 Pre-Fight Show with Frankie Edgar and Ronda Rousey (4PM EST)

The UFC invades the Fox network with an action packed card highlighted by two contender fights of Josh Koscheck vs. Johny Hendricks and Nate Diaz vs. Jim Miller. Fight Day Live will break down the full fight card as well as discuss the hot button topics in the world of mixed martial arts. Former UFC lightweight champion Frankie Edgar will be live on set along with current Strikeforce women's champion Ronda Rousey. Fight Day Live will also be joined by #1 contender to the newly formed flyweight belt, Joseph Benavidez.
Be sure and tune in at 4pm ET, 1pm PT for Fight Day Live.

Have to admit, I've never seen the UFC Take a woman fighter under their wing like they have. I like it. I guess it helps knowing she could destroy every guy in the TUF house.
The title is wrong I presume, its an hour of John Jones worship.
