the Cote and Leites fights are not the fights in question he slacked in the Leites fight but which open ppl eyes a bit and the Maia fight ok the first couple rd embarrassed him and looked good but to wear your self out doing it not finish him and go the distance....as a honorable fight should be ashamed he showed no honor.......between his last 4 fights
was like watching demote himself as the greatest fighter cause when he fought Cheal it was like the period at the end of a sentence
you can not be the best in the world if your last 3 fights were sloppy and the Cheal kicks the crap out of you...what is great is it opened his eyes and now he will be the Anderson of old..... I think he took the title for granted and will not happen again

Ed is a great dude and he is not gay as many of us previously thought...lol. That was a very candid interview and I totally agree with his analysis of the 3 "controversial" Anderson fights. I don't know why he gets so much stick when he clearly does a good job. Case of hateritis maybe?...

totally agree, i kind of disliked him before, but i dont anymore. I really liked the stuff he said about nougeira, i hated the way people critizised him, he really is the nicest guy you would ever meet.

People who start attacking Ed are just ignorant douche bags who got nowhere attacking Anderson and Machida. Hate them because they're good and hate Ed because he's fortunate enough to see greatness in these fighters and made them a household name in the sport. He has the best fighters and he's a great guy, if people still talk shit after seeing this video then they're about as useful as a mosquito. Not only did he come from nothing but look at his fighters...much respect for him and what he's doing in the sport
What bothers me about people saying things online is the fact that I know most wouldn't say it in person. And thats not even a shot like "Oh you would be to scared!" Well of course most would be scared speaking to fighters, but its not even about that. Its the fact that people would not be so rude and hurtful to another human being if they were right there in front of them. I know it can be all in good fun, but let things like this video remind you that those people also have access to the internet and everything you say. Just because they are in the public eye, does not mean they do not care what others think about them.
