Former UFC Light Heavyweight Champion Quinton "Rampage" Jackson, who will look to dethrone Jon "Bones" Jones this Saturday night, gives MMA H.E.A.T. an exclusive look into his training and preparation for the bout at the MusclePharm facility in Denver, Colorado.

Just four days out from the title clash, Jackson's trainer, Tiki Gohsen attests to reports that "Rampage" is possibly in the best shape of his career. In addition to his desire to recapture the 205-pound strap, Jackson has credited his renewed motivation to the 35,000 square foot training center, which he has called home for much of his camp. Rampage is naturally very good at presenting himself to the media and hyping a fight. That's why hes one of the most popular fighters in the sport.

Jones is new at it, and obviously has not found a very comfortable place with the media yet.

Interesting that he's sparring with a dude who's got a pugil stick.

He's obviously trying to simulate Jones reach. I doubt that it's that good a simulation but better than nothing, I guess.
