Agreed, I'm not a fan of the way Tito often is, but this stinks like Jennas last STD. Maybe Tito grabbed her arm and caused very mild bruising and then she put an arm band on there to make it look a lot worse, cos her face sure as shit dont have a scratch on there. I remember years ago, Jameson did an interview on the Stern show. Like here, the father was also present and mentioned he was an ex cop.



The cops now-a-days will fuk over anyone and make arrest based on pure bs. It doesn't matter if all gets worked out in the end. When it first goes down, The person has their name destroyed. The expenses they accrue are huge and their name never gets back to where it was.



There were also other things in that Stern interview that made me say to myself..."this guy is a fuking cockroach". I don't want to repeat them here because I may get things out of context.



I'm sure the interview could be found online somewhere. It went down in about 1998 or so.

Unfortunately, I am well educated in Oxy addiction and know what its like to care for someone who gets caught up in that. Oxy (opiate) addiction is a dark, depressing, lonely place and those addicted are VERY manipulative. If she felt that she had lost Tito as an enabler in any way shape or form, she would certainly lash out. Even if Tito wasnt necessarily an enabler, but stood in her way, the same results apply. I have seen the worst of that addiction as I am in South Florida where, if u have seen it on the news, this is the birth of the Oxy epidemic. I have unfortunately seen alot surrounding it. That armband could easily be from shooting up!!! On the other hand, it is very frustrating to deal with someone who has such a problem. Tito may have gotten frustrated in not being able to understand her returning to use or constant use of Oxy. Maybe he did infact grab her, or shove her etc etc. Either way, I feel sorry for the both of them. Jenna being entrenched in such a dark place and Tito fighting the futile fight of saving an opiate addict. A fight that is indeed hopeless.

Because she wasnt really in the public eye like that before, well not to the point where someone may feel the need to check for drug related issues like tracks. So she may have felt the need to cover it once the police and news got involved. Plus, it may not even be about hiding it. It could be bruised or even abscess (infected) from shooting and she may really need the brace in that case. If it is infected that is pretty ugly so she would wanna hide that whether the brace is needed or not.

What are you saying? They can arrest someone for verbal assault, threat or any number of things. This day an age I can guarantie any woman can get any man arrested for this, they might not be able to get a conviction but they can sure as hell get them arrested.

Yea thats not true bro bro. Not trying to be a smart ass, but absolutely ANY unwanted touching is battery and is an arrestable offense. Spitting on someone is even considered battery. Verbal abuse is considered assault. Also, any of the aforementioned actions, plus a slue of others, that occur in the home are not only arrestable but considered domestic violence because they were within the home.

Personally i think this just smells like so much bullshit, at worst he grabbed her by the arm a little to hard while trying to talk some sense into her, and I am sorry but that is not abuse.



But its pretty clear already that she was not hurt and that the arm has nothing more then a very light bruise if its damaged at all. Like I pointed out in another post who drives a car while her dad sits next toy her min after being the victim of domestic abuse?



And regardless of any of this Tito is still innocent until proven guilty.
