UFC on FOX Headliner Announcement (LIVE CHAT Starting 1PM EST)

Earlier today it was announced that UFC President Dana White would be holding a media conference call at 1 p.m. ET on Friday, September 2 to make a "major announcement."
As soon as the the news broke speculation began as to what the major announcement would be. Would White be announcing one of the big signings that has been bandied about as of late? Would it be an announcement of a big fight? Could it be more information pertaining to the recent UFC on Fox deal?
The speculation did not last long as White revealed via Twitter shortly after the media call was announced that he would be revealing the main event for the first UFC on Fox card which is scheduled to take place at Anaheim's Honda Center on November 12. While the news of what the announcement will be has come to light, that does not mean that the specualtion has ended, as the question that now begs an answer is, who will fight in the main event?
"The "BIG Announcement" 2 morrow at 10 am (PT) will be the FOX fight. The UFC and FOX are so pumped for @UFCONFOXSports!!!!!!!!"

it could even be something like gsp vs nick diaz is gonna be on fox, maybe they changed plans for a big ppv event and put it on fox premiere instead? could be anything really.. who knows maybe all his denials about AS gonna fight on fox was bs, and its chael vs anderson II .. or thinkin along the gsp diaz lines, cain and jds maybe? anyway whatever it is im sure it'll be good still.. but its almost definitely a big fight already scheduled to happen that they changed, rather than canceling an existing to make another

Overeem sure, but Lesnar not so much I mean I hope it's him but the UFC might not be willing to fork over 1+million in pay when the market for MMA on national TV is so uncertain. My money is it's either going to be Hendo or Overeem headlining against someone, or maybe the UFC will absorb SF completely and make the HW Grand Prix the Fox main event.
Yeah but if its not a fight maybe the ufc is having a new president so Dana could finally relax and take care of business from the outside

the ufc doesn't just do things things without a plan.they took their main event from the ppv right after fox and moved it to the fox event. i think they have signed overeem and he will be fighting on the ppv
this is random but i finally have acces to a working computer so im just gonna put it out there.,.. i think the perfect opponent for big nog is cheick kongo. there both coming off a single win, both have a good chance of winning, and its too early (or in nogs case late) to be talking about either of them being contenders. also i think frank mir is the perfect person to welcom overeem, and would make a good co-mainer for the fox card. PLEASE UFC, make these fights happpen!..... and btw any who thinks overeem is easily going to ko mir are just ignorant.

Fighting on the first Fox card is an honor and privilege that I don't think should be given to someone who's never worked for the company before (Overeem, for example).
