The pre-fight press conference for UFC 141 took place today at the MGM Grand. After the fireworks between Nate Diaz and Donald Cerrone had come to an end and following the news that Miguel Torres had rejoined the UFC, Dana White took some time to discuss a few topics.

MMAFighting.com caught up with the President of the promotion and in a fairly lengthy discussion got him to speak about exactly why Miguel Torres was brought back to the UFC, where Alistair Overeem stands in the heavyweight division, Frank Mir as a possible fallback plan, Overeem’s conditional license, Nate Diaz and Donald Cerrone’s confrontation, Jon Fitch’s style, and how the UFC can get everyone to tune in on a Friday night.

Glad my talk with Dana got Torres back on. Torres promises a great first fight back, he's going to hold his opponent down and grapple him. (unwillingly of course)

I'm pretty sure Dana just told all of us that Brock Lesnar is a Dick. Makes complete sense. Not a fan but he's great for the UFC.

I get the impression that since the "Coors Light / Lay on my wife" comment Brock has been (barely) containing his behavior at his bosses request.

Wow how pissed was Dana at Kizer's comment (via Ariel). And he's right, now disgusting is it to blow off proof of an erroneous award. What a bunch of egomaniacs that they cannot acknowledge a mistake was made. "Disgusting" is right.

    2. as soon as overeem is in the ufc all the sudden dana has nothing to say about his comment of reem not being top 10

    3. i seem to recall him absolutely ass raping loretta hunt on video ....miguel makes one TV joke and gets cut

Nice interview on Ariel's part. He's not scared to put Dana on the spot when it comes to comments Dana's made in the past. Step into him Helwani!
