Dana White says Jon Jones has a lot of business to take care of at Light Heavyweight
Posted on October 12, 2011, 08:25 PM by Trent ReinsmithJon Jones and Lyoto Machida joined UFC President Dana White on Wednesday at the Air Canada Centre in Toronto, ON to discuss their upcoming main event bout at UFC 140, which will take place at the Air Canada Centre December 10.
One of the fan questions that was asked of White was if the UFC fans could expect to see a bout between Jones, the reigning UFC Light Heavyweight Champion and UFC Middleweight Champion Anderson Silva after Jones “takes care of Machida and then Evans.” The question prompted Jones to immediately lean toward White and say something to the UFC President.
White answered the question with, “He just whispered to me, you can’t look past these guys. He’s got two tough fights ahead of him and then Anderson’s going to continue to fight, he’ll probably end up fighting Chael Sonnen and they’ve got a lot of tough guys in front of them. We’ll see what happens. I know everybody loves the idea of a superfight, but again the thing you gotta understand is what I said earlier, Jon is 24-years old, he’s got a lot of business to handle in the Light Heavyweight division before thinking about Anderson Silva.”
What do you think LowKick’ers, could a superfight between Jones and Silva be in the cards?

if it'll happen, let's hope they make this fight before Anderson Silva gets too old.
i personally think these division "super" fights are all make believe, gsp vs silva, silva vs bones. there all fan hype but they wont happen
I say Edgar vs Aldo is closer to reality
He wouldn't run through the heavyweight division in any way, so yes Dana, milk this as long as you can.
