i love how Dana still gives credit to Cro cop even though hes getting KOd but he shows no respect wats so ever to Fedor
.....Very sad to see Mirko go out that way, hes a true legend of the sport
I've heard Dana say good things about Fedor. I think his beef was with M1.
@ Griffin
That is because he could never sign Fedor and dislikes Fedor's management very much.
Now I guarantee you he will respect Fedor since he is now officially under the UFC umbrella.
Nate Marquardt is BIGGER than Randy Couture! There is no way that I believe he can make 170. He would have to spend the next two years doing nothing but long distance running to get his muscle mass down and then rebuild the fast twitch muscle fibres. He would have to completely redesign his body
@ IChoke
I don't know why anyone would weak your post; it's spot on. I don't know how long it might take, but you are absolutely right about having to run off that mass. There is no other way he could hit 170; he's simply to big, in terms of lean muscle mass. He certainly isn't walking into the ring @ 185 with 15 lbs of fat on him. I think NM @ 170 is a fantasy. And if he could get down, what would be left of him as a fighter?
Dana White just found himself a new money machine.
Much as I dislike Paul Daley, he does have talent as a striker--so I hope Daley thinks with his head and not his ****.
In such buyouts, there is an opportunity available to heal old wounds and bury hatchets if there is money to be made. I think Dana can forgive quite a lot if there is money to be made.
To be fair, a ban of a year is sufficient penalty for a first time offence.
anyone esle notice that danas always on coke. watch his mouth....
