UFC on FOX 3 is headlined by the Lightweight collision between Nate Diaz and Jim Miller, also featuring Pat Barry vs. Lavar Johnson, Belcher vs. Palhares, and Koscheck vs. Hendricks.

lol, now he'll just flex and not look at the mirrored windows assuming someone is looking.
I ve seen this video already . Urajah is too funny ,he actually feels a bit achamed when he realised that Dana was watching and filming him. hahaha
But I think all the guys (and girls) who workout often check themselves when there is a mirror around. I do it and Im sure you do as well.
You just feel stupid when someone else "catch" you while you're doing that, (in the changing room of a gym for intance) haha
Not half as funny as Cruz' stupid haircut and red shoes. Kid's got the worst taste in style and clothing I've ever seen. Good thing he can fight, otherwise he would get beat up constantly for dressing like a tool.

People give Dana a hard time but I think when he isn't having to deal with questions about negative stuff, which is what he gets mostly asked about (Reem situation for example), he seems like a real cool dude.
In the video with Urijah where he is obviously just having a laugh he seems like a good guy, wish people would respect him more and give him a bit of a break.
