kick his ass hardy, I work out at the same gym as anthony johnson.hes a bitch he was sitting down, done working out and still wouldnt give me a picture. hes the Pete rose of mma. Total douche bag ,and looks doped out with red eyes. Like I said kick his ass Hardy
You realize some people don't like to be pestered in their everyday life by fans right? Him not signing your picture doesn't make him a bitch. You're not entitled to an autograph because you say so, were just lucky most do it.
I'm looking forward to seeing both Dan and Anthony, back in the octagon. In particular, I'm looking forward to seeing the new and improved Dan Hardy.
This kid has grown on me and it's going to be the first fight (that he's been in) where I will be pulling for him. I assume that his skills have improved since last we saw him, but what i do know, is that he's grown as a person. He is far more mature and respectful, yet, still maintains some of the old brash attitude; which is great and more than acceptable.
I think Hardy has a bright future in The UFC & MMA and I don't necessarily mean simply in the cage. I also mean in terms of garnering fans, because that is also part of the fight business. I could easily see (now) how he could, with some wins under his belt, become one of the most popular fighters in his division. Again, I know he's certainly grown on me and I couldn't stand him.
I wish the new and improved Dan Hardy much success. And perhaps, he could pass along the secret of his success and transformation to his fellow countryman, Michael Bisping; because he just doesn't seem to get it, man. It's not always about whether or not you won or you lost, but how you won or lost and how gracious and magnanimous you can be, in either and whether or not you grow and learn from the experience; both in and out of the ring. Bisping has yet to demonstrate this. Dan Hardy has.
I like Hardy and he has matured after a couple of defeats, but I have not seen him grow as an MMA fighter yet.
I don't think his striking is as good as he thinks, and that is not good considering the level of his BJJ and wrestling skills.
I don't hold it against Hardy for losing to Condit or GSP, who are both top WWs--but his fight against Anthony Johnson is important for his career.
That brings us back to the problem--the Welter Weight division is so stacked--Hardy is in a shark tank--and even though he is good, there are no easy wins for him. Hardy has talked a lot about upping his game, but I have yet to see this in a fight. I don't think he can stand and trade with Johnson, and he needs to bring his shiny new ground game if he wants the win. He might even want to wear that singlet.
this is Johnson's fight to win. Hardy is a bigger name, but Johnson's got more knockout power, more speed, and better wrestling. i see him taking the victory. but i wouldn't be surprised if Hardy won either. should be a good one.
Go Anthony. i like both Rumble and The Oulaw to the max as welterweights. Dan has fought GSP and put up a fight and got KTFO'd to but still hella good fighter. Ant never really fought anyone that good but hes shown his athletisism power and skill in all his fights. Just hope hes healthy and theres no bad blood. Hate shit talkers so dnt wana lose one of my favs.
I am suprised you can speak for British pride. Can you speak for the pride of all the countries who have mma representatives??? Could that be true? Tell me how you do that because you must be very special, yes?
Do you believe that everyone in Britain was proud of Michael Bispings behaviour? Can I speak for everyone when I say, No?
Dan Hardy represents his gym, himself and his fans. When did you hear that he was an official representative of Great Britain?
Great British fighters have some way to go before they catch up with American fighters. This statement is no way presumes that this will happen either.
The American talent pool is bigger, wrestling (I believe) is part of the educational offering (if suitable, I imagine), the level of wrestling is awesom... America has had great BJJ fighters relocate to the US earlier and in numbers which far outweight those moving to the UK... simply these factors put GB fighters at a disadvantage.
I simply like to see people perform at their optimum level, I understand what it is to be a fighter and I understand what it is like to meet fighters whose capacity far exceeds my own. Performing to ones optimum capacity and lying exhausted knowing that your heart did not break, you were not beaten by your mind but simply a better fighter is no disgrace in my opinion.
I respect Dan Hardy because he puts himself on the line during his fights, he knows and works on his limitations and he conducts himself in the manner of a Martial Artist. The fact that Michael Bisping has not conducted himself in the way befitting of a role model is no slur on the Great British charachter in the same way that Dan Hardy conducting himself more appropriately should lead one to believe that he is representative of an English gentlemen.
People tend to know people as they know themselves as do people who tend to reject people as they reject themselves.
I wonder how your prejudice prevents you experiencing people as they are rather than as you are?

You sound like a whiny high school girl who just got rejected by her crush.

is Hardy serious? a rematch with GSP?
he just got KTFO by Condit!
Well if Hardy works hard enough...im sure he can get other title shot
You are the bitch, whiny little fag.
hell when i go to the gym i want to be left alone, i'd think Johnson feels the same way.
Show some courtesy
You don't see him wanting to fight Condit again...lol
sick fight the only time this one is hitting the ground is if someone diving in for the kill!

hardy will never fight fot the title again. he didnt even deserv the shot he got
hes not my favorite at all, but he did deserve the title shot at the time he got it. no doubt about that

Hardy better focus on Johnson, and forget about GSP. Love to see Hardy get cut, the arrogant prick.
