I Still don't understand why everyone is saying that Hardy is such a dangerous striker. Check out his Overhand Right. He better learn something and tuck his chin against George. GSP beat Thiago Alves, who is by far, a better striker, with more knockout power, and not to mention devastating leg kicks. I just fail to see any threat that Hardy poses against the champ. However, if Hardy did land a knockout blow, it would be a bigger upset then when Matt Serra defeated GSP back in UFC 69.
So Phil Nurse acknowledges Hardys Ko power, GSP himself acknowledges it, Dana White and every mother f**ker in the place acknowledges it.........but YOU don't understand,lol.
Dan Hardy is a very good striker, and he's taller than Alves, and taller than GSP as a matter of fact. sorry but alves would absolutley destroy hardy. hardy has had trouble with way lesser opponents than gsp his fight with marcus davis was very close he couldnt finish swick not to mention he has only fought strikers in the ufc. wich is his strongest asset gsp is the best grappler in the ufc and probaly a equal to hardy in strikeing. i know your pride runs with the union jack but try to be sensible

I can see your point but i've followed both Hardy and Daley for some time and Dan is definately not getting the respect he deserves, Hardy doesn't have to be physically bigger than your Thiago Alves or GSP to be a harder puncher, which he is, and his striking is technically flawless and without a doubt one of his best assets. GSP will look to take Dan down and inflict damage there, he won't stand and trade and if he does, he's a fool because he won't stand up to a clean shot from Hardy..........we'll see......he definately has a better chance than most think.....
if you have followed hardy and daley for somr time then you nkow that they have both been beaten by sub par guys and the majority of their wins have been against lower to mid level competion gsp is in my mind the best fighter alive and on a completly diffrent level than hardy

why? he always stands ant trades to get points or inflict damage. once you make a mistake or if he just so chooses your on your ass

My guts tell me that GSP will not be able to finish Hardy, he he wins, it'll be by decision. But i'm rooting for Hardy.
