Kote has been out of it for a long time. He was the number 1 contender before his knee fell apart. Would like to see him make his way back up.

yeah im alittle worried bout his ring rust too but he was looking good when he was training with GSP for the Hardy fights so i think he'll take this one. Plus Belcher is a crybaby.

Belcher is a shit talker. He can come across as being very whiny to me. But he he took Wilson Gouveia apart in the first roung, and beat Dennis Kang. His loss against Akiyama could of went either way and I was rooting against Belcher in that fight. Kote has good hands and is a big MW. I hope these guys just leave it all in the cage.

There was a time when Cote and St. Pierre were in the same organization, and Cote was the star. Hope to see him return to his old ways. The guy is a f**king beast when he is together. Ask Kendall Grove.

So did you pick him against Anderson Silva? I am partial to some fighters but I actually try and be non-biased in predicting fights because it will get you more money in a bet. I lived in Canada for 19 years and married a Canadian girl and one thing I noticed was that in sports, people in always get on board with Canadian athletes even if they are the worst in the sport being played. I respect any nations fighter that is the best because that is the grown up thing to do. I don't dislike Canadians but they aren't much for good sporting attitude let me tell you at least as far as the fans go(GSP has great attitude). I remember canadians always telling me themselves how nice they are compared to other countries but in all honesty I found them to be more or less Identical to Americans and enjoyed both sides of the so called border they have. I would love see some Canadians break loose of the my daddy could beat up your daddy attitude and check reality that theyare not the p4p best attitudes in the world and they are not the p4p best military in the world and they are not the p4p most intelligent in the world and not worry about being the p4p best nuthuggers in the world. There is more than Canada out there. But God be with them.

Oh, and I pick Cote in this fight. If there was an Irishman fighting I would hope for him but if he was not that good in comparison to the opponent I definitley wouldn't pick him.

Don't worry I know where the weaks are coming from. Just proving my point friends. Look at Edmonton(City of Champions) when were they last champs of anything and yet they go on about the Oilers like they're undefeated. It's a country of Irish, English, Scott, Chinese, German etc, etc. The true Canadians are the ones with a bloodline far longer than 50-150years in the country and I speak of the natives. They are the truth in the word Canadian by blood. I don't hate Canadians at all as half my family are from there, but I am an outsider giving my unbiased opinion. If you are white like me, then there is a good chance one of your ancestors killed the true Canadians in order to claim something they might have shared. History can be painful.

Ya know, I have maybe I am getting a bit harsh. I apologize to anyone I may have hurt or pissed off. I still believe what I have seen to be the case at least in Edmonton, But I have gone too far to label everyone like the typical people I have met and became friends with in Edmonton. My friends there would probably just continue on only supporting Canadian fighters and Canadian athletes and tell me to back Canada no matter what. But to me If I was American I would still prefer backing Pierre over Tito because GSP is a real champ. The Only things in Ireland I brag about are the Boxing and Rugby players because they are worthy of bragging about. I would rather the Canadians say, Canada rules than to brag about a scenario where they think Anderson was in trouble with Cote. This isn't about the weaks I recieved either, I just feel now I have insulted people I didn't need to. I rareley go on a tangent like this, Dunno what came over me, Just my friends and my wifes family annoying me sometimes I guess. I feel better already, I write too much.

Belcher is getting better every fight and Cote is tough as nails. Awesome matchup. I give this one to the talent though via unanimous decision.

Cote is a smarter fighter. Belcher is getting better but I think this will be a one sided Cote victory.

I want Cote to take this one but Belcher is no walkover man, the guys a gamer and he's a tough mf, but with Cote bieng out for a while too i wouldn't be suprised if Belcher pulled it off either. I would rather see Cote back in the mix than Belcher but they're both good and are both exciting fighters to watch. I think we are yet to see the best of 'the predator' too as he's had a string of bad luck since coming to the UFC but hopefully that knee injury was the last bit of it. It should be a great fight though whoever wins..............

I think Belcher has more tricks up his sleeve than Cote does, Belcher al the way. Even though he is an idiot pretty much, you cant dislike his style, i have never seen him in a boring fight.

I have not seen belcher K.O. any1 with 1 punch most of his fights go to the judges and there normally close fights. Hes only had 1 K.o. in the ufc and that was a head kick

I remember Belcher ko'd wilson goviea with an uppercut recently.I was surprised, its not an easy task, willy is very tough to stop. So yea, to me that means he has k.o power.
