Brazil, hawaii, and Japan.

ummm, Hawaii isnt a new country... imho though it should be Japan, since the sport already has a following here, a lot of the people who went to the Australia event were from japan and it would be nice to go to an event lol. Brazil needs an event, but i dont see that happening as the "their trying to make money" scene and holding an event in Brazil wont bring in the money they want. same reason for not doing it in Mexico yet. Brazil and Mexico deserve it, but japan is probably the best choice because of the install base.

I didnt mean for hawaii to be viewed as a country, i just think it would be great to see an event there

They need to go to Brazil, just look at all the great fighters that country has given us and just think about all the Brazilian fighters that would like to be on that card, shogun, wanderlei, belfort, machida, nog, lil nog, paulo thiago, alves,... it would be a sick event

The olympics is going to South America the UFC should to.

japan 4 sure they love mma there and brazil to they all ready produce some of the best fighters there but if it is a money thing japan has got more

the time just seems perfect! beside the travel is easy since mexico is border with the u.s and dosent need documentation



and brazil is the only country in the world that needs visa to visit if you're american , the entire world can visit brazil , only americans need to get a visa pasport to enter! are you still thinking brazil ???

Do they really like the UFC in Asia? You know with us taking away Pride and all...

I would like to see more MMA or UFC get more populairity in the Netherlands but brazil or japan would be the most logical choice

I'd have to go with brazil, its ironic to think one of the most popular form of mma (BJJ) originates from Brazil yet the ufc has never been to brazil..



I also think the UFC should consider Africa as a possible option cos africans always love a good fight and they are physically built to fight

I think Brazil is a good choice. You have a huge Brazilian card. It will draw in a lot of Brazilian MMA fans. It seems like a good decision..

jajajaja so true!!! that´s why the ufc is trying promote Cain Velazques as the next Julio Cesar Chavez of mma, because Dana White as a boxing fan knows the crowd that a mexican fighter can pull for pay per view events. UFC in Mexico would be a great success financially if they manage to bring Cain Velzaquez or Efrain Escudero to fight in that event, i dont care how expensive thay try to sell those tickets, mexicans would sell their cars to attend.

i think UFC should go to Russia or S.Korea. UFC has been to brazil and japan, just not in a long while, either way UFC already gets the best of Brazil and the best japanesse fighters are all under contract with other promotions(other than Gomi and a few others)



if UFC went to Rus it would a-let them present themselves as a direct regional competitor against M-1, while we don't think much of M-1 in the states the russian people love it because the events they put on tend to be on local time in russia, UFC's tend to come on live when everyone is asleep or at work. direct compition in M-1's "base" could cripple M-1 putting it in a possition in which selling to the UFC would be the best option for shareholders. or UFC could offer to buy out the assets of M-1 desolve M-1 and sell 9% of UFC to be divided amung the former owners of M-1(they did it for the fascist arabs in the UAE).



south korea gives UFC access to all of central and eastern asia, i would imagine that it would be a better area to spurn interest from the chinesse than japan since it is main land.



also russia and s.korea would be close enough for eastern european wrestlers(the best in the world gold medals count them up) to spurn a interest in switching over to MMA.

Japan definitely. Imagine the Japanese coming to America and taking the u.f.c. when you can fill an arena with as many m.m.a fans as they did in pride. They deserve it.

Brazil produced a lot of great fighters by example (Royce Gracie, Anderson Silva, Machida, Shogun, the Axe Murderer, Dos Santos, the Nogs so it will have to be there.
