I just dont think he has a lot to offer now days. He does good if it goes to decision. Tito was as good as any back in the day, but no so much anymore with the guys he has to face today.
If you think about it, he basically did beat Rashad, I mean he got deducted that point for grabbing the fence which made it a draw. If he hadn't been a dumbass and done that, he would have beat Rashad.

The division is far too stacked for him to make a big impact at this stage of his career. I don't see him getting past Hamill either, unless Hamill makes some big mistakes. Hamill is stronger, a better wrestler, and has equal or better stand up than Tito.

and even then it was a controversial split decision
but since he hang in there with Vitor i guess its a fair fight.
