Diaz v Davis, that I did not know about. Cool. Maynard v Florian has potential. Maynard feels he got passed over because he already beat Edgar. Florian is trying to get another Crack at the belt, especially now that he's all "GSP-ed- up these days. Number one contender fights tend to be real humdingers. Especially at light weight. Sanchez v Guida was #1 contender fight, mucho action there, made fight of the year.

Damn, I thought I was crazy in thinking it'd be Davies and Diaz, but as it turns out I'm not the only one who sees the potential for it being the best fight. Most of the fights are either going to be completely one sided or overly technical, but with Nate normally preferring to stay on the feet unless it becomes completely necessary for it to go to the ground, and Davis probably prefering it on the feet so as not to have to worry about falling into a triangle from guard, it's gonna be a good one.

this is a tough one with all the great matchups but i gotta go with Florian vs. Maynard. this one will go to decision most likely. goin with Maynard
