Chael Sonnen will be a part of Fuel TV's UFC Tonight show

Sonnen keeps running with that WWE style of promoting, this show seems like an exact copy of Pipers Pit back in the old WWE days

GSP or Jon Jones? Hell yeah! Well you know what if he has to go down to 170, I'd rather see him engaging the best trash-talking war in ufc history and go in the cage to prove Diaz still needs to work on his wrestling, which is Chael's strength. That would be better than a match with GSP because I think none of them can really say they are better at wrestling than the other and prove it with facts but I think gsp combines his wrestling with some jiu-jitsu and he has a lot a strength compared to Diaz or Silva (I mean brute strength). So should I say Chael's key to win his to win the stand-up battle? Humm, not a really good solution for mister Sonnen uh? Anyway he's probably confident he can beat St-Pierre on the ground so that would be very intriguing to see how the ground battle would end.

But the best of all is Jones (at least, in my opinion). That would simply be nice to see.

Weather you like Chael or not you have to admit he keeps you interested. Using champions name to hype up your own is a great marketing ploy. I mean he did get his own segment in a show I don;t see Cruz, Aldo, Edgar, GSP, Silva, Bones or JDS have a segment right??

The champions don't need or want a TV 'segment'.



You are right, though. Piggy-backing on the names and accomplishments of others is a time-honored way for losers to steal some lustre from the great ones.

I'm a big Chael fan but I still can't believe he thinks he could take Jones. I'm a bigger GSP fan and to his chances there - maaaaybe. I think his best chances are with Silva as he matches up stylistically and size wise.



Sooo, this means I still think this is all hype to get the Silva fight.

Well its hard to believe if Chael thinks everything he says is actually true or not...just like he thinks hes the champ at MW, he prolly thinks he can beat Jones and also, I like how after Reem killed Lesnar, he dropped the talks of challenging for the HW title

Chael has to be at least 210 in that video, I think 170 will take so much out of him that GSP would have an easier time than Jones. And Jones will murder him 1st round. His best bet is Silva.

I used to like Chael a lot more than I do now and I respect his skills as a fighter. He dominated Stann in his last fight.



I think his act is getting a bit old now.

No one should be able to talk their way into a title shot. He got beat, get back in line. Save the hype for IF the fight actually happens and stop running your mouth.
