Chael Sonnen accepts gift of Brazilian flag

Sonnen’s last fight in the UFC was against Silva and he seemed well on his way to defeating Silva in that bout until a Sonnen was forced to submit to a triangle choke armbar combination.
In the below video Sonnen speaking of the loss says, “I was devastated, it was horrible.”
Sonnen also addresses the training offer that was extended to him from Demian Maia, an offer to teach Sonnen triangle defense. In response, a smiling Sonnen says he would be happy to take "Mr. Maia" up on the offer.
Sonnen is then asked about his negative comments about Brazil and Brazilians, he then proceeds to rip Wanderlei Silva.
To end the interview, the Brazilian interviewer presents Sonnen a gift of a Brazilian flag, a gift he accepts and promises to treat with great respect, but he stops short of agreeing to end the beef between him and the fighters he has been focusing on.

I'm perhaps the biggest fan of Chael in the world, and I loved that video.
Chael would be proud, especially the "We'll make peace by giving the flag" then needling him at the end by playing that song and showing the triangle.
Whatever news service it is that did that video is something I want to watch . .lol. They did a brilliant job. I almost wish I spoke Portuguese now, so I could watch that host, cause that whole thing, from Chael to the editing to the host was hilarious.

It is interesting to see Chael turn off (his attempts) at humor and become serious talking about the flag, the BJJ gyms and the people who helped build MMA / sell out UFC RIO and then turn it on again right after.
Yeah... the guy's a menacingly brilliant public speaker. Like I noted in another post, he can be as kind and sincere as he can be rude and offensive.
I wonder what Anderson Silva is thinking after seeing this. hahaha
I still want to know if the carrot worked to get the bus moving! He never finishes that story.

Wow, the guy got really pissed of when chael started that shit about the internet. Wasn't very classy of him to insult a guys country when he's trying to give a gift to him. Also, there are 67 million internet users in brazil. I know Chael is joking but he should realize that when a guy gives a present and you respond by talking about his country, he's gonna take at as an insult, joking or not. The guy wanted to punch chael in the face for the rest of the interview.
Great respect to the guy doing the interview for doing what all the other bitch ass reporters hasn´t done, then at the end Chael seemed legit and I can understand a little bit the motivitation behind all the smack talk meaning Chael probably feels frstrated that the brazilians felt he was not important after losing the way he did and then testing positive fot testoterone, so he did what he did to upset them and get them to fight him.
But something that caughts my attention is this he keeps saying that Wanderlei does not care about Brazil but, you could claim the same thing about Chael, let me explain myself, he was part of the fraud that brought the US economy to what it is, so you tell me who does not care about his own people for real...
