"I'm not taking anything away from that last fight, dos Santos hit me with a good shot and that was it. Now, I feel 100-percent. I feel a lot better. I'm glad, after that fight, I got to rest my wounds and everything. I think, definitely, the fans will see a different fighter in this next fight (against Frank Mir).
"It definitely gives me a little bit of confidence seeing what Nogueira did on his feet against (Mir). But, just seeing Frank Mir's past fights, he's good on his feet. We've got to expect a guy who is going to be powerful and quick that night. So, we're just going to be ready for everything. ... I think my biggest advantage is definitely my speed. I'm definitely going to try to use it to my advantage in that fight. He's a tough dude, we're going to do everything we can to win this fight."

Come on bro...dont chage....just be the same and you are awesome...you just got caught by a single bomb, nothing more.
Come on SHREKxican ! Give us a great fight with Frank Mir ! But dont forget to tap if you get caught in a submission :P
Mark my words...... Cain will steamroll Mir. It will appear that a man is severely beating a small child. "Pummel" is the best word that comes to mind. Just watch.
I think if Cain and JDS fight again Cain would win.
Come on Terminator, just hit Frank's chin once and it will shatter. All his losses have been by TKO/KO.
Cains a cool guy, but his personality is as flat as Earth in the 1300's.
Bah, it's just that when you're looking at Mexican-American MMA fighters' personalities.... really how do you beat Tito?
Can you translate that for me? I have no idea what your taking about.
It appears you are trying to start some kind of racist argument and Im not participating.
Not being racist, just pointing out that Tito is probably the most colorful Mexican-American fighter in the sport, with loads of personality. It would be kinda hard for Cain to match, because it's kinda hard for pretty much any fighter to match, regardless of ethnicity. Not saying that you thought his personality was flat because he was Mexican or anything....
Honestly, can it really be considered racist at all just to refer to their ethnicity when they've both made it very core to their identity? Tito walks into the cage every fight with a doublesided US/Mexico flag, and Cain friggin has "Brown Pride" tattoed from shoulder to shoulder on his chest. They're both proud of what they are and where they come from. Reading too much into a comment that merely refers to them as Mexican-American is like getting insulted because someone said Snoop Dogg was black.
War Cain...
