I believe Brendan will get the KO. Cro Cop's chin has gone to glass just like Couture, Liddel, and big nog. It's just an unfortunate side effect of a long fight career.
Maybe his chin has diminished slightly. But the only guy to knock him down recently has been Brock Lesnar, who is a 280 pound monster and would knock anyone down with that shot. To say he has a glass chin is a ridiculous overstatement.
You put him in a category with Liddell, Big Nog, and Cro Cop. All of those guys have gotten KTFO recently in a way that Randy NEVER has. He has been pounded out before, but never gone completely unconcious like those guys did.
How many more times is the UFC gonna run Cro Cop out there for a payday? ... After that shit-fight with Mir i wouldn't walk across the street to watch him fight personally.
He may have lost the mental side when gonzaga ****ed him up but im not sure. Fighters do go down hll towards the end of their careers, we saw it with liddell. im always wanting him to show the old form but it just isnt there and the last fight was shocking. he should have called it quits, but to say 2011 will be his year is ridiculous. Schaub will defo have my vote and the betting will be in his favour too.
Randy Couture has set the bar unnaturally high for fighting age in the UFC.
Most fighters are reaching their max from 36 -40 years old. It's not as if you can't fight at that age, but for most, age has enough of a deleterious effect at the very top level to turn a win into a loss.
That said, I haven't seen much of Schaub's ground game, but if I were Mirko, I would take Schaub down pronto, and GNP, keeping an eye out for a sub.

you're right, he hasn't been out cold like liddel, but he gets rocked a lot more easily and often
