Yeah man, think thats what he really needs, fight as soon as possible so he can recover mentally from this losses. He has the technical and physical talent to be the best LW ever, he just needs to be there mentally as well!
i agree with you drago. the last two fights versus Frankie BJ seemed tired or uniinterested to be there. Thats why i feel he was really laidback in his fight and not pushing the action. Thats what hurt him in both fights. Sitting back and lettin Frankie hit him and gain points for takedownsa nd not try to do anything offensive himself.

Either Opponent would be a good fight, Gomi wants to redeem his lose to BJ and George S. has been on a tear lately with 2 big wins over Stevenson and Pellegrino.
I don't recognize "The Bug" without his "Bug" sunglasses. I guess his face and eyes have recovered from the Edgar loss.

He better train his ass off for his next fight, win it and do so in a decisive manner. A third loss for Penn would a disaster. Old Yeller - kind of disaster.
Curious to see what level of competition they put BJ up against. Hopefully they do not give him a "gimmie fight" just to bolster his ego. As long as he is fighting a formidable opponent, the match will speak volumes about his future.
Got to love a guy who fights and fights and fights. I've always liked that about BJ. He never just sat on the belt when he had it and now that he lost it, he still wants to fight. Right now would have been the perfect time to take a break.

Edgar was simply too fast for BJ. BJ didn't have the speed or footwork with which to press the action. He was doing all he could not to get hit.

Alot of fans think BJ become bad and are blind to how good Edgar was. BJ is still the man to beat at LW, as well as Edgar.
