Toney actually was considered a P4P greatest for awhile in boxing, simply because he took the middle weight and super middle weight title. people on this site need to go watch some of his boxing matches. sure he is disrespectfull but what he say's has no weight on what he can do, plus that is just who toney is. back when boxers were dodging fights to protect their record toney was going up and down weight classes calling out the best of the best and beating them.

Man I hope Joe silva and Dana get Toney what he's asking for. The biggest baddest MMA fighters out there in the ufc. I bet Frank Mir would like to kill Toney after he's killed Lesnar ;-) since Toney called him a fag for doing jiu-jitzu.
They were all being very polite for the sake of the two boxers. It's fairly clear that MMA is more difficult, and it's fairly clear that MMA is rapidly eclipsing boxing with no reason to believe that that's going to change. Kids are taking wrestling and BJJ and if they do learn boxing it's because they want to use it in MMA.
Toney will learn respect for wrestling and jiu jitsu soon enough. But he is too old and wont survive long enough to build a top level ground game. His best bet is to train nothing but takedown defense and mount/submission escapes. Very impressive knockout by Mercer.

I think that what they meant whas that Fedor maybe a little one-dimesional in his striking, in terms of his punching vs a boxers.
Of course he can knee him in the face, kick him or sub him.
But Fedor got power but as you saw in that clip that Fedors puncing skills isn't that fluid and quick as some other people have.
But he is the most complete heavyweight out there.
