According to Marquardt, exprience was the deciding factor against Tyron Woodley, who came out guns blazing in the first rounds of the fight. This was Marquardt's 170lbs debut, as "The Great" improves to 32-10-2 in his MMA career.

Well Nate proved that he is still a beast at 170. There really is nowhere to go but down in SF now, so hopefully we will see him in the UFC soon. I wonder if he would be willing to fight his buddy GSP?
I think given his SF title, and his record in the UFC MW division, he could be one emphatic UFC win (against a top 10 guy of course) away from a title shot.
