Le will never finish Smith. He either wins by decision or gets KOd. I think this is going to look a lot like the first fight.

That's a really smart thing to say considering that every single one of Le's Strikeforce wins has been a KO or a TKO...

Unless Smith KOs him. Don't get me wrong, I would love to see Le win. I agree 100% that he is an exciting fighter and I have been a fan of his for years. That said, this is not a good match up for him. He isn't really a KO artist despite being a very technical (albeit flashy) fighter and Smith not only has an iron jaw but the ability to come out of no where with a single punch KO. I see this fight going the same way the first one did. I'd love to see Le KO Smith but I will be shocked if it happens.

Scott Smith is a tool. He plays hurt WAY too much. It was nice to see Diaz put the real hurt on him for a change.

Le was picking Smith apart on the feet in their last fight, with both kicks and punches, he was definately winning the fight right up to the point when Scott caught him and finished the fight. I like Smith but he never brings anything new to the table, you know exactly what to expect from him, he's as tough as hell yeah but predictable. I suppose most people will think that Smith has Le's number now but i'm not so sure, i think Le would win the rematch, he has more tools and more ways to win but that said, i've learned not to ever count Smith out of any fight, since that one punch KO against Sell when he was hurt, he's a warrior for sure but i just dont think he would land that winning shot again, it just doesn't happen all too often. I'm always aware though that this is MMA and as the cliche goes "anything can happen" be a great fight to watch no doubt............

Lee pulled a Rampage fighting right after a movie and not enough training. Both mentioned are dangerous when in shape.

Smith is more like a gatekeeper, you can stay if you beat him but if he gets you, you should split. Tough dude, strong punch, but too stiff and his defense sucks.....CungLe was gassed

Scott Smith is the funniest fighter I've ever seen. The guy really knows how to get hit like a punching bag. He just got lucky against Cung Le

It isn't luck when it is your MO. The guy does it all the time. There he is getting his ass kicked and then... the other guy is asleep.

cung le deffo will be sharper for this one. one of my fav fighters to watch. a real life jackie chan in the ring. needs more a finishing instinct i think and needs to throw caution when he gets a fighter rocked. i noticed last time he'd catch smith then stand off. if he can follow up full on at the right time i think he wins easy.
