Strikeforce: Houston in-depth preview and Open Workouts pictures

In the co-main event of the night, Strikeforce Light Heavyweight Champion King Mo will defend his title for the first time, against the knockout artist Rafael Cavalcante, as the US Army Green Beret Tim Kennedy will square off against the BJJ maverick Jacare Souza for the Vacant Strikeforce Middleweight title.
Also on the card, former WWE Superstar Bobby Lashley will fight for the sixth time in his career, this time against the veteran Chad Griggs. Fan-favorite KJ Noons will look to continue his winning ways against the former UFC Lightweight Jorge Gurgel.
Strikeforce: Houston will take place this weekend on August 21st, at Toyota Center in Houston, Texas. Main card will start airing at 10:00 PM EST.

Well the last time a wrestler fought a Black House striker and BJJ black belt under the Nogueira's they lost...nothing different here and not to mention that wrestler was the best in MMA and he's 10x the fighter Mo is not to mention he has some of the best to get him prepared
