Strikeforce: Fedor vs Werdum post-fight Press Conference Highlights

Werdum is awesome in victory. As far as Fedor's translator, she looks like Roseanne and why is she having such a hard time? It doesnt seem like her English is the problem, its seems like she is having a hard time choosing words, which shouldnt be a problem because she should just be repeating Fedor's. Maybe its tough translating Russian to English tho, I wouldnt know. Also, its funny listening to Babalu translate, I think Werdum needs a translator for his translator lol, but I admire the fact they try and are doing well.

It's evident that she's emotional, so add that to the difficulty of translation, and you're gonna get some lag in speech or minor hiccups.

Dude, I usually enjoy Stickin's comments and even if I do not agree at least he takes the time to think stuff through before typing any retarded stuff that comes to mind like you do. For real though you do seem to have some kind of infatuation with SUC!

Good for him, man. I said it the night of the fight and I'll say it again.....



I'm a HUGE Fedor fan (easily my favorite fighter), but IF he had to lose (and they all do), I can't think of a better person to lose to. Werdum is so humble and respectful, and he's realistic about the fight. He admits that he had only one shot at the victory, whereas other fighters might have used that press conference as a chance for self-glorification and to diminish Fedor. But not Werdum.....he praises Fedor (formerly and currently) and stays grounded about the results.



Every fighter has at least one other fighter out there that can be them. For years, we thought Fedor could only defeat himself (mental mistakes, early stoppage due to cut, etc...), but we've come to see that Fabricio just had it that night.



Is Fedor done now that he's lost? Of course not.

Is he now a relic, dismissed from the Top HW fighters? No, still tops IMO.

Is it completely possible that Fedor will come back, reinvigorated and be more unstoppable than ever? I sure hope so.....and believe so.

Ii agree, they are both a shining example to certain UFC HW's who are up thierselves and are devoid of respect for others who have far surpassed their own achievements. Dana is making a long term error i feel with his treatment towards fedor, it shows him as anything but a MMA fan, rather an obsessional jealous child.

yeah...Dana needs to respect him...no matter what. He holds the best record in MMA history to this date and was fighting the best of the best at his prime. He shouldn't start bashing him after his first loss...pretty ridiculous LOL. Should we all be talking crap about the UFC HW champion with a 4-2 record?

Le vs Smith 3 The rubber match! Fedor said he was prepared for a lose against Werdum, maybe he had defeated himself mentally before the fight. Fedor vs Werdum 2 The Return of the Last Emporer!

Bit sad for Frank having to make his goodbyes in the shade of Fedor's loss, Cung's wicked kick and Cyborg's man handling of whatsherface. Loved the speech though and thought it was a really nice way to round of his career that I'd like to see more of in the UFC.
