Strikeforce: Barnett vs. Kharitonov Video Highlights
Posted on September 11, 2011, 12:00 PM by Joey SantosusSaturday's Strikeforce: Barnett vs. Kharitonov delivered an exciting night of fights from the U.S. Bank Arena in Cincinnati, Ohio. The Heavyweight Grand Prix finalists emerged, as Josh Barnett made quick work of Sergei Kharitonov in the headlining bout, submitting the Russian in the opening-round, while Daniel Cormier upset Antonio Silva, landing a well-placed uppercut to send the 6-foot-4 "Bigfoot" crashing to the canvas in the co-main event. With the semifinals now in the books, a Tournament Champion will be named in early 2012, as Barnett and Cormier go head to head on a yet to be determined date.
Below is a recap of both Heavyweight showdowns and more from last night's stacked Strikeforce main card:

Wow, Great night of fights. I was sad to see Roger lose but King Mo is gaining mo-mentum
That card went VERY well, interested to see what becomes of Mo, he has no togetherness as athleticism keeps him victorious.
Kharitonov did not even have the most basic BJJ knowledge of mount escapes. I would like to see Barnett actually fight someone that know what to do on the ground.
