No, shields' takedowns are the best in the biz, apart from GSP's takedowns. Henderson has a really good wrestling pedigree, but shields is a wiz at two things: take it to the ground and submit his opponent.

The fact is that wrestlers simply have too much core strength, and incredible balance. They are masters of their own center of gravity, and masters of manipulating their opponents center of gravity. It's the basis of wrestling. If Shields doesn't land a great shot that stuns Henderson, he has absolutely no chance of taking the fight to the ground. His BJJ will be completely useless, unless Henderson CHOOSES to take the fight to the ground.
The wrestler has the advantage of being able to dictate position. If Shields did somehow manage a take-down, Henderson would simply stand right back up.

After watching his last couple fights Dan just seems to be in another class.....Dan has fought some of the best fighters in the world and
the fights he did lose he loss fighting his ass off, never a boring fight
but shields..... like his last fight he just got by...... if he fought Jason again
